Conversion of an existing 1980’s two storey roofed office block into bespoke Residential Apartments and Offices with the addition of a new mansard roof to create new second floor. Responsible for the design of new steel framed mansard roof complete with dormer windows. We checked and confirmed the existing structure, and foundations could with stand the loading from the additional storey.
